Take a good look around you.

Before you complain about how bad/screwed up your life is, take a step back and look around.  You’ve got people that genuinely care about you and you have all the basic necessities provided- food, clothing, shelter.  Things could be worse.  Things don’t always go your way and things aren’t always perfect but that doesn’t mean your life sucks.  Stop thinking about yourself for once, and appreciate what you already have.

Overwhelmed
